• Provide accurate and complete information when signing up.
• Comply with all applicable local laws and these Terms.

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Do not share your login details with others.
• One unified account allows you to act as both a buyer and a seller.

• You may post listings for new or used items, including vehicles, electronics, property, and fashion.
• All listings must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
• Prohibited content includes illegal items, scams, counterfeit goods, and fake accounts.
• We reserve the right to remove any content without notice.
• Listings may expire automatically after a set period.

• BuySell Liberia does not process payments directly unless expressly stated.
• Transactions (including mobile money, cryptocurrency, or cash) are strictly between buyer and seller.
• Delivery is arranged by sellers. We do not guarantee delivery, product quality, or timeliness.

• Users may communicate through our in-app messaging system.
• Spam, harassment, or abusive behavior is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to:

• Post offensive, fraudulent, illegal, or stolen goods.
• Use bots, scrape content, or attempt to hack the platform.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.

BuySell Liberia is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform, including disputes between buyers and sellers, fraud, delivery issues, or misrepresentation of items.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept any changes.
